Shipping Policy
1. Regions served
We receive orders from anywhere in the world, but our merchandise is shipped by sea and air to our warehouses or those of our partners only in the following countries and regions of the Caribbean: Antigua and Barbuda, Bahamas, Barbados, Cuba, Dominica, Grenada, Haiti, Jamaica, Dominican Republic, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Saint Lucia, Trinidad and Tobago, Mexico, Belize, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Panama, Colombia, Venezuela, Guyana, Suriname, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Anguilla, Bermuda, Cayman Islands, British Virgin Islands, Montserrat, Turks and Caicos, Guadeloupe, Martinique, Saint Barthélemy, Saint Martin, Aruba, Curaçao, Sint Maarten, Bonaire, Sint Eustatius, Saba and the State of Florida.
2. Shipping costs
We do not charge separate international shipping costs, nor do we offer delivery within the destination country. Once the order is placed, the customer will be notified by email when they can pick it up at the selected warehouse.
3. Wholesale products
Once a wholesale product order has been placed, the sea or air shipment may take up to 2 weeks to arrive at our warehouses, at which point the customer will be notified that it is available for pickup.
4. Retail products
The availability of retail products is subject to stock in our warehouses, which considerably reduces the notice times for collection, even to the next business day.
